Billing questions
What happens when my free trial ends?
Copying pauses. Your accounts and routes are kept - choose a plan and copying starts again within a minute. We email you 3 days before the trial ends.
How do I pay?
Through PayPal, monthly or yearly, with your PayPal balance or a card. PayPal emails you a receipt for every payment.
Can I change plans?
Yes, on the Plans page of the dashboard. A bigger plan applies at once. A smaller plan needs your accounts to fit into it first, so nothing is switched off unexpectedly.
How do I cancel?
On the Plans page, one click. There are no further payments; copying continues until the end of the period you paid for. See also our refund policy.
What counts as an account?
Every trading account you connect - masters and copy accounts together. A master is an account other accounts copy from.
