This policy explains what personal data CrazyTradeCopier processes, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, a hash of your password, and the dates you signed up and signed in.
- Trading account data: for MT4/MT5 the account number, broker server and trading password (stored encrypted); for cTrader the account id and the access token cTrader gives us when you connect. Balance, equity and the trades our service copies.
- Billing data: your plan, the PayPal subscription id and the payments PayPal reports. We never see or store your card details - PayPal handles them.
- Technical data: IP addresses and security logs (sign-ins, password and email changes) to protect your account.
Why we use it
To provide the service you signed up for (connecting your accounts and copying trades), to bill you, to send you service emails (confirmations, password resets, trial and billing notices), to keep the service secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Our hosting provider (servers that run the service).
- Postmark (sending service emails).
- PayPal (payments).
- Spotware / cTrader (when you connect a cTrader account).
Cookies and storage
The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The dashboard keeps your login in your browser's storage.
How long we keep it
Account and trading data while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except billing records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, and object to or restrict processing where the law gives you that right. Write to support@crazytradecopier.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
