Free trial first

Every plan can be tried free for 14 days with all features, so you can check that copying works with your brokers before you pay.

First payment

If CrazyTradeCopier does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we refund that payment in full.

Renewals

Renewals are not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next payment; copying continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Service problems

If the service was unavailable for a significant time because of a fault on our side, write to us - we will extend your plan or refund the affected period.

How to ask

Email us from the address you sign in with. Refunds are paid back through PayPal to the original payment method.
